- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My father needed a partial on the top and bottom of his teeth. He came in to get the impressions done and it had to be redone not once but twice. So he had to get impressions done a total of three times. It was an inconvenience but I am glad they wanted to get it right. On top of that, for the inconvenience, they did not charge my father for one of his partials which saved him a lot of money which more than made up for the wait room time and waiting weeks in between for his partial. He didn't ask for them to pay for that partial and he certainly did not expect it. Although things were not going well in that situation to begin with, they made it right in the end.May 16, 2017by Shari Q
